Level Devil is a troll platformer: every screen looks fair and almost none of them are. It runs in the browser — no download, no account, no install.
The joke is the design. A door slides away as you reach it, a ceiling drops, a spike appears where the floor was. Because each death is instant and the restart is instant, the game reads as a puzzle you solve by dying rather than a reflex test — which is also why it is best played a few rooms at a time.
On cool games spot this page is the index entry: cover, description, and search terms. The game itself is loaded from a third-party web build in an iframe on Play, so nothing is bundled into the site. It is filed under puzzle, so it appears alongside the rest of the puzzle games in the catalog.
Press Play and find out.
