Who this covers

This policy describes cool games spot, the site at coolgamesspot.com. There is no player account. The site is not directed at children under 13.

Saved in this browser

The site writes three lists in local storage on your device:

• Recently played games, updated when you open a game page.
• Favorites, updated when you mark a game.
• Liked games, updated when you like a game.

Those lists stay in this browser. Clearing site data removes them. The site does not upload them and does not use them to build a profile on a server.

Feedback you send

The Feedback button on a game page sends a note to the operator. The note contains the game, the issue you picked, your message, the page address, and the time it arrived. It also contains your email if you typed one. Email is optional.

The note is stored in a Feishu base so it can be read and answered. It is not sold. A copy is also kept in this browser's session storage after a successful send, and that copy disappears when the session ends.

The server may see your IP address long enough to limit repeated sends. That address is not written into the feedback record.

To ask about a note you already sent, use Feedback on any game page, choose Other, and include the same email if you left one. The operator can delete a note they can match.

Games inside the player

A game that loads from another site runs under that site's own privacy practices. It may set cookies, show its own ads, or receive the fact that the game was opened.cool games spot does not control that frame. The current version of this site does not run its own ad network.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. How the site may be used is in the Term of use.
